Overview

A content management system* (CMS) allows you to manage almost every element of your Web site through a standard Web browser. You will have the ability to add, edit, and delete pages, sections, and categories without any knowledge of Web code. You can also schedule when changes will be published and upload documents for use on your site.

Our CMS puts you in command of your Web site to easily:

Management Features

Create & edit the site the way you want it:

  • Visual content editor - This includes editing tools, such as cut and paste, bold and underline, and numbering and bulleting.
  • Easy text-based menu/navigation generation - When adding or deleting sections or categories of your site, you are given the option to easily add or delete those items from your navigation.
  • File and graphic upload capabilities - Upload documents or graphics from your computer for use on your site.
  • Add and delete pages, sections, & categories
  • Reorder pages- “ Make a page more or less prominent by changing the order in which it's listed in the navigation.  You can also order pages alphabetically or chronologically.
  • Activate or de-activate pages - You can remove a page from view without completely deleting it, so you can make it accessible at a later date.
  • Move pages or sections to other areas within your site - You'll save time because there's no need to recreate an entire page or section.

  • Basic non-secure electronic forms - Form results sent via e-mail to identified recipients at your company.
  • Registration - “ Customers will have the ability to register on the site.  This gives them access to special content, special offers, or allows them to sign up for a free newsletter.  It gives you the ability to collect data on potential or existing customers.
  • Search Engine Optimization - “ This module helps improve your site rankings within the search engines by creating search engine friendly URLs and a Google sitemap.
  • FAQ - Manage your Frequently Asked Questions database for better customer service on your site.  This module can easily be hidden when it is not in use.
  • Polling - This module allows you to add, edit, and delete polls within any section of your website. Polling results are displayed real time.

Upgraded Modules Available

  • Email Marketing - This tool allows you to manage email marketing campaigns.  You can import from CSV file and have list subscribers through the web site.  Message Queuing up to 250,000 recipients! Send messages to multiple lists. Add and use templates.  Performance statistics with graphs are provided.
  • Calendar - Manage your list of upcoming events and display them within an attractive and easy-to-use calendar.  Calendar can be displayed monthly or weekly.  Events are easy to add, edit, and delete.
  • Photo Gallery - Display your photo gallery(s) in your content or on their own. Add and delete photos from your online photo gallery.  Create multiple directories in order to create multiple photo galleries.
  • Shopping Cart - Capable of a wide range of features and flexibility, including: Unlimited number of Products and Categories. Unlimited Category/Subcategory depth. Products can be assigned to multiple Categories. Sort your Products and Categories the way you like. Add Images and Files (e.g. Data Sheets) to every Product for your customers’ convenience. Add Attributes like Size or Color to your Products to offer product variations. Use Product Discounts (percentage/total, time limited or not). Show Details & images for every Item. Comfortable and flexible Product Import & Export using CSV Files. Manage and control the Stock Level for Products and Items. Automatically notify Customers when a Product is back in Stock. Feature specific products by setting them "on special."
  • Blog - Short for "Web log," a specialized section that allows an individual or group of individuals to share a running log of personal insights with your online audience.
  • Forums - An online community where users read and post topics of common interest.
